Hello,
I want to start a company in Injection molding business, preferably in PET preform and Other consumer plastic goods. I would like to know the details regarding the investment required for complete machinery and working capital. One of my friend is in PET Bottle Blow molding business. Hi,
I would like to know the total cost for the machines to start the bottle cap making plant. We need to make around 5000 caps per hour.
and also let me know the details of raw materials should be used to make good quality caps especially for health-care product and carbonated soft drink packing.

I hope that you are doing well & so will be the Preparations for the Kenya Plast.



Please note that One of my prospective client is looking forward for a Pet based Injection machine with mould for manufacturing PREFORMS for following specifications:-



1] A 500ml & 1.5 litre Carbonated Soft Drinks Preforms



2] Fruit Juices like those of Maaza, Slice, etc in a Pet based Bottle for a size of 250ml & 1litre.



3] To Pack 350ml Energy Drink.



The Total Capacity of the Preform making machine must be around 20,000 preforms per hour through which one can manufacture the preforms for Carbonated,Fruit Juices & Energy Drinks at the ratio of 60,30 & 10 respectively.



I will be thankful if you can give your suggestions & the indicative prices along with the machine details for the above.
