Is this some sort of comedy?
No matter how politely people ask, it is impossible to come up with a screw design without some information!
Not only that, but the impression I get is that a professional, who devoted many years to education (through school and work experience I suspect), is apparently expected to share his knowledge out of the goodness of his heart. If he doesn't, then he must be evil or something. I don't get it.
My company will sell you a screw- and if you buy the screw from us we will design it for free. But you don't get the design without the screw! I'm sure Tom (and others) will be happy to do this work for some sort of fee as well.
Tom you have amazing patience. I wouldn't have even bothered answering these posts.

Vipul,
Typically you will need a screw with a high compression ratio depending on the density of your reclaim. I have seen compression ratio's as high as 9:1.
Vacuum venting would be helpful. Double vents is not required unless your reclaim will be very wet. If it is very wet, it may not work anyway.
The design discharge section of the screw depends on the pressure drop of the die.
My company is able to provide design services for screws of any type. We have also worked on advanced designs for low density reclaim. However because of the nature of reclaim work the designs do not come with performance guarantees.
